OKAY A UPDATE FROM APPLE (:
From alvin soe's post, you can see that we have much fun at ann xiang, chinatown. It was actually quite tiring to go down on two days as we have to carry alot of equipments down from home and the taxi fares cost a BOMB! And over at that place, there was no exact shelter, therefore causing the sunburns (as seen from previous yuan's post).
We didn't follow the shot list that we done as at the set, alvin and i came out with more different and much more interesting shots. For example tracking on a SPIRAL STAIRCASE and top shot by climbing onto the edge or hedge or whatever you call it. Missed out a shot which was the tight CU of Peter's mouth but luckily for this we can always cheat at other places as we only need the mouth (:
For the next shoot, we went to this cafe called ice kimo to shoot scenes where Peter is having his lunch (or in this case dessert (: ). Alvin knows the boss of this place so its quite easy for us to get hold of the place and there is not much customers in the morning ( totally no one... ).. So we, the crew went in frame to act as extras! Keep laughing at ourselves but nevermind! We had our fun (:
After the cafe shoot, we are SUPPOSED to go to jingyuan house to carry on shooting. But as our cast ( and also us ) were feeling very reluctant due to tiredness, we decide to go and set up so that we can shoot on the next day. yippee!
Next morning, went over and started to set up even more. shoot till around 12 30 and our cast needs to get back to school. So alvin went home to do his stuff and maj me yuan stayed at yuan house. Ended up with yuan facial-ing, maj guitar-ing and i totoro-ing and all three of us fell asleep till like 4pm...
Started shoot at around 8pm after our cast came back with a full stomach filled with our lovely spagetti (: Shoot ended at around 3am and we all cab home (:
We left only with those wall interaction scenes and close up of mother and peter lips which we gonna do later (:
WE OWE EQUIPMENTS FOR DAMN LONG!
